Clarel Constance

Clarel has 25 years’ experience in the IT sector. He started as engineer within 2 local companies before joining Microsoft as Technical Consultant. Since 2006 he joined FRCI as Manager and was then appointed Chief Operations Officer in 2016. Clarel has been working for customers all around the region and in many countries in Africa.
